I am a sociologist specializing in working conditions, industrial relations, and labour market inequalities, and work as an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Groningen.
My work focuses on social policy and labour market inequalities in the context of contemporary developments such as flexibilization and digitalization. My current research specifically examines flexibilization, labour market trajectories, and working conditions in the creative industries.
Since 2025, I serve as SOCION’s Secretary to the Board.
