This consortium meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration across projects, clusters, and external stakeholders while providing valuable in-person time to connect informally. The morning session focused on reflecting on and discussing concrete steps to ensure the interdisciplinary design of the planned PhD projects. Holding these discussions before the PhD hiring process began was considered essential, ensuring alignment, shared understanding, and clear direction among all participants moving forward.
